An Unprovoked Shark Attack is defined as a shark attack that meets all the guidelines A ten-member board of Elasmobranch Researchers and Stakeholders devised to find CERTAIN Shark Attacks for their study and stakeholders interest.
The shark has to attack you correctly, some sharks are stupid and don’t attack people correctly according to the Unprovoked Shark Attack guidelines. You are allowed to do certain things, others can do certain things. Others near you are allowed to do certain things, but they can not do certain things, there is a long list of guidelines you or anyone else can or can not do. You need to have pictures, doctor’s reports, witness statements. Some of the guidelines are very strict while others are relaxed. You don’t even have to be injured to get an Unprovoked Shark Attack.
